I won't go into details, but I've recently had some success returning to those kinds of builds. If you're going for levels, you wanna keep your hands off that reroll button as much as possible until very late. People tend to forget that going for levels is still a viable strategy, but you gotta be able to adapt as you do so, and work with what you get. While going for 3-stars have been strong for a long time, stronger than in past patches, it's still a lot of gambling. I do believe people at lower ranks are more liable to go for those kinds of strats. I'm Big Boss, and I've been stomped by brainless 3-star comps, where people just spam reroll from the start of the game. I find other comps too hard to pull off and too inconsistent. So yeah those 2 in my experience win me the most games and have me on a pretty good 12-top 4 streak. This doesnt pull off as many 1st places as knights but will more than certainly always grant you top 2 or 4 at worst. A major boost in strength however would be to 3 star lycan, he is really good. This works without tripling anything so its very easy to pull off and usually noone actually plays full summoner or full druid so its pretty much uncontested as well. So yeah i couldnt find any comp in my games that came even close to beating this comp when i had most of my heroes at 3 star, even with a 3-4 heroes advantage, they just couldnt tear through the sheer ammount of healing/hp pool/sustain from omni+abba/and dps of ck+luna.ĭruids are extremely strong early game, can beat almost anything, and late game all the summons scale pretty damn well especially if you manage to max druid alliance, lone druid himself being pretty powerful with his bear. The only condition is to manage to get as many triples as possible, but the fact that i almost never level past 6 and use all gold to roll, this comes very easy most of the time.Īlso i almost never use sven to max out on knights simply because from experience the impact is way smaller than 3-star another hero for example, and he doesnt usually have room anyway. This can happen in multiple ways but usually the main 2 are : 5 knights with dazzle and maybe spectre or 5 knights+full healersĮither way this strat seems to always work out for me, is very strong from mid game all the way to end game. I will go back to my own strategies which granted me many 1st places and worst case scenario a top 4, which are : So what im thinking is : maybe at higher ranks people play more passive, concentrating on leveling exclusively, hence such comps might become usable and relevant. By the time i was completing my comp with 1-2 stars everyone else was stomping me with their multiple 3 stars regardless of what alliances i was going against, some were spamming the 3 stars even without an alliance strategy. None of them even came close to being relevant, all of them ended in me getting literally last place. I have tried the first 3 comps ( 1 supposedly S tier and 2 A Tier) in my insignificant Lieutenant rank and none of them worked even tho i managed to pull them off with a 90% accuracy according to the instructions presented. I ve read a thread done by someone 2 months ago in which he presents all comps and rates them by tiers.
